Replacement Policy
Eligible for Replacement
- Within 7 Days of Receipt: If the product is seriously damaged during shipping.
- Within 7 Days of Receipt: If the product has defects or malfunctions before use.
- Within 30 Days of Receipt: If the product does not match the original description.
- Within 30 Days of Receipt: If the product has defects or malfunctions during normal use.
Note: Shipping and customs fees for returns are borne by the buyer.
Not Eligible for Replacement
- Requests made after 30 days from receipt.
- Products with no quality issues.
- Unable to provide a valid proof of purchase, receipt, or order number.
- Products that have been modified or disassembled by the buyer.
- Product faults due to improper use by the buyer, contrary to the manual.
- External factors causing product faults, such as fire, flood, high winds, and lightning.
- Incomplete product sets or missing parts/accessories returned.
- No defects or malfunctions found after testing the returned product.
- Evidence of tampering with product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, or anti-counterfeit marks.
- If the product is not returned within 7 days after customer service approves the replacement.
